Is it really free?

Yes, for everyone, during the alpha — with at least 30 days' notice before that changes. Complete the feedback program and your household is free for life. The welcome page spells out the trade.

Is my bank login safe?

We never see it. You sign in to your bank inside Plaid — the same service most finance apps use — and your password never touches SkrillaPlan. We receive transactions, read-only. We can't move money.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You take it with you. Transactions → ⬇ Export CSV exports everything, any time, in a file any spreadsheet opens. Leaving is as easy as staying — that's deliberate.

Do I need a Google account?

Not anymore. Use the Google button, or sign in with email and password — create the account, click the verification link we email you, done. The link proves you own the address your invite went to. One account per email: if you started with the Google button, that is your account. Signing in and passwords

Why is my Ready to Assign weird?

Tap it — the number shows its own math. Usually the culprit is bank history from before your budget existed; your start month fixes that in one pick. A budget that shows its work

Who sees my data?

Your household — the people you invited — and nobody else. No trackers, no ads, no selling, no session recording. The full list of things we refuse to do is short reading and worth it: What we don't do.

Something's broken. Where do I yell?

The 🐛 button, top of the app. Yelling welcome. Confusion counts as broken during the alpha — see Troubleshooting for the quick checks first.
